PEDRO CALDERON, OWNER

Pedro “Ivan” Calderon has been in the home improvement trade for over 18 years. He began as a wood worker making handmade kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors in Nalcapan, Mexico. When he arrived to the U.S., he was hired by a residential construction company where he worked for several years doing framing and drywall.

 

Ivan's craft expands past exterior walls, Ivan worked for a painting and decorating company before starting his own company. This is where he has learned the artistry of faux finishes including Venetian plaster. He has mentored other members of his team in the proper painting techniques to ensure that all of his customers receive the best possible finishing touches to any project.

 

Ivan also specializes in outdoor enhancement of homes. He has beautifully landscaped and installed custom patios, garden walls and fire pits in many homes in the Fox Valley area.
